Rbman Posted April 4, 2005 Author Posted April 4, 2005 below is the information sent to me by JW "The Frank Wilson was a BIG surprise When I requested the track for my CD, I'd found the track on a Smokey Robinson CD but I thought Smokey sounded like he had a cold. The person in the Motown tape vaults emailed me and said that there wasn't a track by Smokey called 'Til you were gone' but there was one by Frank Wilson. Frank had sung the demo with Claudette and Bobby on backing so Smokey might consider using the track. Smokey never did......so I solved a soul mystery by mistake It was unreleased until the Smokey CD. Hope you enjoy the rest of the CD. SS5 is out soon. Very best wishes, Jo x" Thanks Jo.
