It is very much as Mamsey Pamsey (girlie) record but I just couldn't resist a pop back at Si the Disco Bunny (private joke). I do quite like it but on a more serious note to me it it more of a £30-40er and wouldn't be prepared to pay much more than that at the moment. chrissie
I think she did it with Mari Wilson , in essex somewhere ? Would go massive now for Chrissie and Bearsy hahahhah Simon you just aint getting it . Just cos it's girlie vocals doesn't mean that it fits the Mamsey Pamsey label, Mamsey Pamsey has to have soul and tends to be mid tempo. i.e. Terri Bryant - Geni, Ch Chi - If your gonna love me, Halos - Just Keep on Loving Me, Maxine Brown - Seems You've Foresaken My Love, Fontella Bass - I can't rest, Darlettes - Lost, Honey Cone - The Day I Found Myself, Dusty Springfield - What's it Gonna Be, etc etc etc. I must admit I hadn't heard for years when I posted earlier but now after listening again I rate this as 60s girlie pop, and would not play it at a soul night but from a 60s pop angle I think its ok and slightly better than 9 times. So the official rating from me and Bearsy, cos he looks up to me as the font of knowledge of all things Mamsey Pamsey, is its 60s girlie pop (which I quite like in the right place at the right time) and not Mamsey Pamsey.........so there QoFxx Edited February 1, 2008 by chrissie Link to comment Social source share

Listing here Pete. https://www.btinternet.com/~davemct/singles...page_one01.html Yeah I'm familiar with the label mate, just wondered if I might have any of those that he wanted. Rarest record on the label is the album by Apple "An aple a day". Col Garnett is a danceable inst version of Monday Monday. Patron Of The Arts of course\everyone knows this now. Judi Scott is a version of Evie Sands. Kevin King Lear did a reasonable version of The Snake and so on Link to comment Social source share
