Uptempo, horn driven songs with 3 female vocalists,the band have been playing now for 6 years.. According to Ady they're definately worth seeing... They supported Dean Courtney in San Diego and do a totally Northern set. They've toured across America and Europe,with many great and varied acts from Supergrass to Desmond Dekker, and have had Motown legend Brenda Holloway guest with them.They recently won an award as Best Soul Act in their hometown, a good accolade in an area full of good soul. They have released 3 lp's,the latest 'Well Well Well' being recorded at the Signet, the former Hollywood Motown studio. Classic soul rhythms and melodies brought to you from sunny California! Thursday 21st at CANARVAN CASTLE, 7-8 Chalk Farm Road Camden Lock, London NW1 7pm to 11pm Monday 25th. at Stripes Club, Folkestone Football Club, Cheriton Road, Folkestone,Kent 7pm to 12am + Northern Soul Djs Tuesday 26th at Beer Cart Arms, Beer Cart Lane, Canterbury, Kent, with 2 support acts. 7pm - 11pm.
