Chalky Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 (edited) Just been playing a few records and played-moments-you said-deep 003 what a voice! does anyone know who the lead singer is on this? came out twice Harry. 001 and 003. Think 001 is the take to have. Different flips too. Think You Said is the top side on one release and flip on other, will have to check. Edited January 18, 2008 by chalky

Chalky Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 yeh thats the one chalky, do you know anything about the band did they do anything else? where they from? Margaret Salters is the lead apparently. Don't know anything else by this Moments, think all others have male leads??? (off top of me head)
Quinvy Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 Sorry Chalky, but you are wrong Both releases have YOU SAID 001 on them. The only difference is the flip sides. The first release has 002 Love You Can't You Hear, on the flip. And the second release has Hey Boy 003, on the flip. There is NO DIFFERENCE in the You Said sides. The sound file you put up as different was just crap quality with the end of the record cut off......In my very humble opinion, the second release is THE one to have with the Hey Boy flip.....

I might be wrong Phil, but certain the one I think is the 003 take is straight from the record, nothing missing. Could be wrong. Has anyone got an mp3 of the 003 release? Think your right about the flips with Hey Boy being the one to have.

The one here the last note hangs on a lot longer than on the soundclip & sounds a little not much slower, but that could be my record deck it`s not much but is noticable
