Archie Bell: Love Will Rain On You (Atlantic) £5 Awesome midtempo crossover/Northern that's hardly off the decks at home at the moment. Love it!!!! Gene Chandler: Such A Pretty Thing (Checker) £10 One of my favourite of his and that's saying something. Brilliant Northern dancer. Chocolate Syrup: You Got A Lot To Give (Brown Dog) £10 Totally overlooked but totally brilliant 70's dancer. Creations: I've Got To Find Her (Globe) £10 Sounds a lot more expensive that it actually is. If it was rare then it'd be a monster. Perfect atmospheric Chicago Northern. Four Chaps: True Lovers (Co + CE) £15 Avoid the whiter Vogues version and get on this. Perfect midtempo group soul with just that hint of doo-wop that's perfect for now. Few of us picked up on this a few years back and made it a regular spin back at Soul Heaven. Still sounds great and hasn't been over-exposed. Aretha Franklin: April Fools (Atlantic) £10 Quality 70's dancer that's starting to get tipped. Incredibles: I Can't Get Over Losing Your Love (Audi Arts) £15 Awesome uptempo Northern dancer. An anthem at Sn back in Doyles. Highly recommended. Chuck Jackson: When The Fuel Runs Out (Channel) £10 Alltime classic modern dancer Jackson Sisters: I Believe In Miracles (Urban 12") £10 Altime classic modern dancer. 12" version is the biz but the 7" version is also included. Little Anthony And The Imperials: Hurt So Bad (DCP) £10 One of his best. 2 brilliant midtempo sides Bobby Moore: Searching For My Love (Checker) £5 Classic atmospheric midtempo.
