I always thought the going rate for this was about £20/30.

Got the shock of my life when I looked in the book... £100/150

Two DJ versions as well.

One with vocal and instrumental, and the other has vocal both sides.

and I can't remember the last time I saw one for sale with regards to the price, so I'd say £150 is probably right these days

Well, this ones's dear to my heart........ and brings back a lot of memories. I put a want ad for this on Soul Source last year and had a couple of chancers offering me their copies at book price of 150 pounds

I did manage to find a Vocal/Instrumental copy at less than half book.

Fair price should be 75 to 100 pounds, but it rarely comes up for sale. That said, if it started picking up plays again, who knows what the price could be ?
