Im trying to identify a track I heard out..its a modern tune by Lou Rawls....with the words "give it up give it up" in the corus / background ,as he is crooning....any one have a clue what it is please

Not just him but just about everyone on the Philedelpia International label.

PS there were a lot of other versions replacing New York with other citys a lot of the different versions were named on a thread from earlier in the year here
