There are two big hotels nearby, the Royal Toby and The Norton Grange, both quite expensive though I should think

There's a couple Heywood way- about 2 miles

The Albany or The Birch

I think there's a Travel Lodge at Birch Services

There's a Travel Lodge at Pilsworths- off M66

and the Village off the M66 nearer to Bury about 4 to 5 miles off.

Can't think of much in Middleton itself.

Oh flip, I used to live in Rhodes so D'oh.................

Theres a Travel Inn or whatever they 're called nowadays at The Wilton Hotel at Rhodes,

no more than 5 mins away by taxi...
