i love this type of stuff, nearly as much as I love vinyl. Very interesting but also most likely unique. Fab!

And banged out on the old fashioned typewriter, no doubt using carbon paper to provide the 'c.c. to Miss Trepel'. Also the formality of the English language then - a great example of how our language and its use is evolving (just 39 years ago!).
