How time fly's the new show has now been running a little over a month and everything

is going so well, the feedback and support has been fantastic and it seems that many people have followed me over from the old station to www.starpointradio.com just to remind everyone that the 'Soul Shack' now broadcasts on Starpoint Radio every Sunday night between 10pm - Midnight on www.starpoitradio.com and on Sky Digital.

Attention Promoters, Venues, Record Sellers, Lables etc. please feel free to contact me on bicknellmark@aol.com for a mention, plug, preview and review, I do weekly venue 'what's on' and I'm only to happy to mention any or all events and promotions and soul related products such as re issue CD's and vinyl releases the station can also offer very reasonable advertising packages at very reasonable rates please feel free to contact Carl Lewis directly at the station www.starpoint13.com and he will gladly provide you with detailed information and prices.

Venue/Club Spotlights, these are far more detailed than just a venue plug, if you wish to have your event Spotlighted in far greater depth then I am also happy to do this, covering all aspects of the venue, DJ's, venue location, future dates, club history, music policy and playlist and will work in some examples of music played whenever possible, again this is another idea and strand to expand the boundries of the show to benifit all promotions who wish to be included again please send full details to bicknellmark@aol.com

Rare Soul Man's Selections www.raresoulman.co.uk and www.soulmusic.co.uk selections, both John Manship and Steve Plumb have become true friends of the 'Soul Shack' over the years supplying me with recommended soul selections review and preview 45's, basically providing the show with a fine selection of 45's from their websites and mailing lists to play on the show from time to time and this will once again become a regular feature in future shows spotlighting some fantastic tunes from two well respected top record dealers.

All Kent and Kent Select future 45 releases will also be supported by the 'Soul Shack' as will all Kent CD compilations put together by Ady Croasdell.

Guest DJ's and Collectors will again become a regular feature in the New Year as in previous shows, so watch this space as I intend to invite some top names into the studio which is alway's interesting and a musical treat to look forward too. I'll be calling upon the likes of Steve Plumb, Dave Rimmer, Keith Williams, Flanny, Dave Thorley and many others to share thier collections and Soul...watch this space.
