Guest veep1296 Posted December 8, 2007 Posted December 8, 2007 Again not on the list but my favourite is another Buddah outing..a great double header Just Another Guy/ My Queen of hearts. Written by the legendary Richard Poindexter . (Persuaders ) see www.myspace.com/d_ferguson for a pic of TW, RP & i with said 45 in New Jersey April 2006. Slide show New Jersey & Philly A meeting i could never have imagined facilitated by KR..many thanks go to him. Regards David Ferguson
Guest TONY ROUNCE Posted December 8, 2007 Posted December 8, 2007 Wonder how many Sourcers know that TW actually came to England, about 5 years back, as a member of Lewis Lymon (Frankie's brother) and the Teenagers? Had the pleasure of seeing him/them at "Rhythm Riot"... I'd have to say, beyond any question in my mind, that of all the great Timothy Wilson records that money can buy, "Baby Baby Please" (Buddah) is the greatest. I also love his version of "These Are The Things That Make Me Know You're Gone" (Sky Disc), although Howard Tate's version does shade it for me...
