Hi Jonah and Rachel! A very sad day indeed, however, I thought the service was lovely, and the do after was a great tribute to a good friend. It was great to see so many people, some I aint seen for years! I think Dave would have been made up! See you both soon

Hi everybody,

this is the first chance i have felt able to put a message up to thank all that turned up at Davids memorial and "do" afterwards it was so comforting for his mum and the rest of his family to know he had so many good friends in this country even though he had been away so long. There was a collection on the day that raised £240 for the MS society which was sent off to them and greatfully recieved, for those who were there i think you will agree it was a lovely service, and i want to publicly thank Jonah and Pete who despite their own grief got up and spoke about David and what his friendship meant to them. The srevice gave everybody a chance to say goodbye now we can move on and remember him the way he would want us to.

Once again on behalf of all his family thank you for all your kind thoughts and messages.
