Just after a bit of general info on...

Ernie Washington - Lonesome Shack

What sort of price does this go for, and does it come up regularly?

Cheers,

Allan

One went through e-bay in June this year for $631, about £315.

A month later a "Repro Reissue Belgium" copy was sold for $159, about £80

that boot was sold twice - i think the buyer bought it in error (hence the high price), and then resold it a month or two later. never seen another, so fingers crossed it was just a vinyl carver type with a printed label.

an there was another (real) copy more recently, listed as Ernie Walsh, which now has found a very good home

(flat label, text goes almost to the edge)

Flip is a nice soul cut as well. I think Alan used to spin it sometimes at the Capitol?

I paid £50 for mine about 3 years ago, i hope its not a boot  here is a pic
