Usually, Irish releases have "Made in Eire" on them somewhere. It's been such a long time since I saw one close up, but if you remember the Greek Frank Beverly's and Dee Dee Sharp's on Top Tunes or some such label, they were of a similar label design. The Typography on this one LOOKS like its Irish, but you're right, it would normally say it was 'Made in The Republic Of Ireland'. Profile:The RPM Record Company (Pty) Ltd. was founded in 1967 by clarinettist Dan Hill and ex-GRC sales manager Matt Mann, with the original offices situated in Electro House, at the corner of Goud & Fox Streets, downtown Johannesburg. In 1979 the two formed the legendary RPM Studios, the most advanced in the country. The studio joined the Gallo Group in 1982.
