Info Please On A Stan Kesler Produced Track

OK, not strictly 100% soul but I know there's a lot of knowledgable people out there. Been trying to find some (in fact any) info on this 45 for a while now but several hours of internet searches have resulted in nothing.

Does anyone know anything about it? Scan here and I'll post a sound clip in a minute, actually I think it's pretty good but it won't be to everyones taste!
