Perhaps he was made a decent offer if he put it up as a "buy it now" item, and sold it that way? It does happen. You do have the option to do that you know!!

Guest rachel Posted October 7, 2007 Posted October 7, 2007 (edited) People do end auctions for reasons other than being 'dodgy' you know - got an offer for it (doesn't seem fair, but it's theirs to sell and do what they want with), changed their mind, can't find the item, broken it by accident.. you do have to enter a reason when you end it on eBay... end of the day it's annoying but just one of the many risks of record buying.. isn't it fun?
