I think Craig Moerer has one on ebay at the moment too. I really should replace my old copy as it's just about worn through. Ali

Never knew who King William was/is - Anyone? Think I've still got a spare knocking around. Rich

Someone did tell me who King William was or who they thought it was but right now I can't remember what they said
