Simsy Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 Not that any of this JABOTH business takes anything away from your fine disc Dazz. Sounclip is good imo. As for a value/offer, not sure. Mr Fortnum has a copy I believe.
Pete S Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 I remember in the very early days of ebay having a bidding war with - I think - Greg Tormo for a mint pic sleeve copy of the Revere one, think it went for about 600 dollars

Remember thinking "That's cheap" but didn't bid because I'd already got this one. I think it's probably one of those records that suffers from it's own rarity Think I first heard it back in the Cavendish days when Chris Plant had it covered up, it's never turned up in quantity on any label. Which is the 1st issue?

Even you were prepared to pay more in them days mate
Pete S Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 Think you'll find it went for $1465 Pete. Even you were prepared to pay more in them days mate How can you possibly remember that, it was 1999 for goodness sake. But I don't think it did Dazz, this must have been another one. Grrr you were a nemesis in those days
Tony Smith Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 It also exists as a white demo on Revere, old Lenny Welch "In this World" c/u
Cheltsoulnights Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 So if the JABOTH issue goes for around £300, what's this worth? isn't it another track on jaboth (and crap)
Dazz Posted September 23, 2007 Author Posted September 23, 2007 isn't it another track on jaboth (and crap) Hi Pete Do you mean that the one on Jaboth is another version and is crap or his other record on Jaboth is crap?
