He also played The Wirrina Peterborough Mid 80's.

Steve

he did indeed. billed as the greatest all nighter ever. Jnr Walker, Major Lance, Eddie Holman, all live on stage............ only thing wrong was the Major didnt show :P

i thought Eddie Holman was superb that night, Jnr was even better, especially when thy did 'Tune up'

heres a clipping i kept from Echoes, (looking a bit dog eared but it proves i wasnt dreaming :wicked: )

Wrighty never actually ran the Dolphin Centre Allnighters, he did all the leg work, got everything in place but prior to the meeting with the coucil, police & fire dept, they wanted to talk with someone who had experience in running nighters, Wrighty then got in touch with Chris King, the rest is history, Carlo did a few spots also if memory serves, so did Baz Atkinson, shaun gibbons was on a few times & there were guest spots from some of the scottish dj's.

The next time you see Wrighty, let him know I was asking after him........ Cheers

spyk!

Keith Brady also used to DJ there, I remember the joys of travelling up in his white ford escort van. Also came up with Steve Whittle a few times including the night Eddie Holman appeared.

Also remember spending many hours chatting to Eddie at the Great Yramouth weekender in the 80s when he gave me his address, which I should still have somewhere

Steve
