When my hubby and I visited the City Club Peterborough in July, I lost a bracelet which was sentimental to me as it had been a gift. I thought I would never see it again. My hubby bought me a new one a few days later as I couldn't stop thinking about it.

At the Casablanca on Saturday, I was given a phone number which had been passed from Carol (Spalding)to Bridgett ( Skegness) and then to me (Cleethorpes) by a gent who had found it, what a small world us soulies live in !

I phoned him the next day and it turned out to be Mr. Steve Heywood from Selby. What a nice guy he is.

I would like to publicly thank Steve for his honesty, we don't have much of it in the world these days.

I have told Steve he can give the bracelet to his daughter who is going away to Uni soon, after all I don't need 2 the same.

Once again Steve, thankyou very much for being an honest gent, it made my day.....Sonia Turner (Cleethorpes) biggrin.gif

Steve's a close mate of my husband and travels to soul do's with us sometimes - including that night. You're right, he's a nice guy. I'll let him know about your post and I'm sure young Natalie appreciates your kindness too.

Just to add to this

My mate found a wallet as we were coming out of the Citrus club in Barsnley (Simon & Amies do) which belonged to a well known RnB DJ

Dont know exactly how much was in it but there was a few hundred quid in at a guess.Obviously we had to look in it to find out who's it was but he was given his wallet back to him with everything in tact.

The look on his face when he got it back...............priceless..!!

So as Bearsy says "not all bad is it"?
