Guest cC B Posted February 19, 2005 Posted February 19, 2005 I need a copy of Milt Mathews "Me and you and love" Can't remember the label at the moment, but it should be a "cheapie". Offlist: CHRISTIAN.BRODSJO@GMAIL.COM Cheers, Christian B
Chalky Posted February 19, 2005 Posted February 19, 2005 Just looked round and Manship has one on his site @ a tenner.
Guest Johnny One Trout Posted February 19, 2005 Posted February 19, 2005 Great little cheapie also check out his other great cheapie on the label - TRUST ME - no that's what it's called. Pete Smith would hate them a sure sign of quality
Guest Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 stop that train is another goodie and under a tenner too
Garethx Posted March 2, 2005 Posted March 2, 2005 To me, Milt Matthews was a fantastic and underrated soulman. Check out "Oh Lord, You've Got To Help Me" on Catalyst and "When Kids Rule The World" on Bryan; both class slowies with interesting instrumentation and tons of anguished wailing.
Guest Johnny One Trout Posted March 3, 2005 Posted March 3, 2005 stop that train is another goodie and under a tenner too link do you really think so?? Rod Dearlove used to rave about this one so i bought it but to be honest never really liked it that much
