funkyfeet Posted September 3, 2007 Posted September 3, 2007 Massive floor filler back in the 70's could never understand why this never appeared on a 45, would have made a great double sider with "I got the need" from the same lp.

Soul-slider Posted September 3, 2007 Posted September 3, 2007 (edited) Here's one to chase... 'Hurts On Me, Baby' (Stang) Blistering 60's 'Northern' soul...unlike any of their other Stang releases!!! Backed by Willie & Mighty magnificents I do believe? It's on the flip of 'That's All'. Possibly an unissued 60's recording from their Hog days? Edited September 3, 2007 by Soul-Slider

Cheers Tony Great dancer - I have another version 'The hurts on me baby' by someone else too but can't think who it is off the top of me head! It's either Willie & Mighty Mags or Willie & West - off one of those LP's I think? I have a copy of the Moments version for sale on a Stang 45 - pm me if you're interested (Think I've also got a spare of the UK LP with 'Just having your love' on it too!) Cheers Steve
