funkyfeet Posted September 3, 2007 Posted September 3, 2007 (edited) P&P = £2.00 All Records are £10 Each - Unplayed / Mint Condition. SOLID SOLUTION - THINK ABOUT IT GIRL (SOUL-O-SONIC) Recent Mark Bicknell Spin on Solar Radio, had a few enquires so I guess people are interested in this previously LP only track, have a few available. INSPIRATIONS - GOTTA FIND A NEW LOVE (BENN-X) Previously un-issued Philly track, super group dancer, that needs playing out if a DJ has the bottle to play a £10 record. SAN FRANCISCO TKO's - MAKE UP YOUR MIND (GOLDEN STATE) Forget the arguements about the label, if you want it on 45 then buy it at a price you can afford, great track that again wants playing out. BOBBY CUTHINS - LEAVING (LASSO) Again previously un-released Philly, you have the choice of either the Soul Junction re-issue or the LASSO one, myself I prefer the LASSO for it better label design, either way it's a tenner well spent on this Philly dancer. DELEGATES OF SOUL - I'LL COME RUNNING BACK (UP LOOK) Original shot up in price out of most peoples reach, so this re-issue is just the ticket if you want to dance around your front room with out breaking the bank. GRAND STRAND - JUST A LITTLE MISUNDERSTANDING (IT WILL STAND)) If you like that beach type of northern soul you'll love this little number I normally put it out for £20 but for this little list it's a tenner, so even if you don't know it, you can take a chance. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. EDDIE RAY - YOU GOT ME (PRIX) The give away on this list, double sider of solid soul that everyone should own. GEORGE & TEDDY - LOVER b/w Oh Yeh (GOLDEN STATE) If you want this on 45 then this is the only way, unless you want to do yourself a vinyl carvers. Two great previously un-release 60's dancers, again for the brave DJ. W J MOORE & THE DYNAMIC UPSETTERS - EVERYTHING GOOD TO YOU (GUTTER) What a great little record, again this should be played out, this is a steal, quality at a cheap price. ON HOLD RINGLEADERS - ALL OF MY LIFE (M-PAC) Classic from the days of Stafford, on an iffy american 45, do you care, another if you want it on 45 then I'm afraid this is it, unless you can track down one of those iffy anniversary 45's. ANN PERRY - THAT'S THE WAY HE IS (THEODA) 3rd issue of this CASINO classic, if you like your girlie dancers then this is up there with the best of them. STELLA & THE GAZELLES - I'M NOT IN LOVE WITH YOU ANYMORE (WOMAR) Another girlie sound, this should be filling dance flooors up and down the country, ok it's a tenner but it's the only way to own on 45. MARAGRET LITTLE - LOVE FINDS A WAY (DETROIT STAR) I Thought about putting my real one up but couldn't handle the thought of selling it, so you'll have to make do with this re-issue. TONY BULLARD - SO GLAD I'M IN LOVE (FLODAVIEUR) One sided 45 that's been talked to death, well it's still a good record and for this price it's a give away. JEANETTE JONES - CUT LOOSE b/w CHARLIE RICH - DON'T REAR ME DOWN (KENT City 004) These are becoming instant collectors items, if you don't get them now you will certainly be regreting in years to come. DANNY COBUS - THE TWO OF US b/w CHICO & BUDDY - YOU WON'T MISS THE WATER (KENT City 005) No me & Chico haven't cut a record so there. Same as above applies - instant collectors item. FASHIONETTES - LOSING CONTROL b/w THE TANDELLS - IS IT LOVE BABY (KENT City006) Again as above - instant collectors item, the City Kent re-leases are LIMITED, the TOBI LARK is already sold out and fetching money. JOHN EDWARDS - THIS LOVE OF OURS b/w PRENTENDERS - A BROKEN HEART CRIES (KENT City002) Another future collectors item, Class soul EDDIE CARLTON - IT WILL BE DONE (CREAM) Found this tucked away in the back of a box, classic northern again disappeared from play lists, time to get back on the decks, and if you can't afford the SWAN 45 then this 1978 UK original is the way to go. RAY MERRELL - TEARS OF JOY (JAY BOY) 2nd issue of this classic IRISH floor filler. LYN VARNADO - AIN'T THAT SOMETHING b/w WASH & WEAR LOVE (HAYLEY) Top notch previously un-issued 70's dancer, again this should be played, just the ticket for your local soul night DJ wanting to expand his or her spot. Bonus you get Lyn's all time MECCA classic on the flip side. EMANUEL LASKEY - PU YOUR NAME IN THE HALL OF FAME (HAYLEY) Again previously un-released 45, part written by Marvin Gaye, you can see the influence from Gaye's mid 70's period on this mid paced 70's dancer. CHARLES BRIMMER - SHOW & TELL (HAYLEY) Previously un-issued version of the Al Wilson classic, little more punch to Charles's version which I prefer for dance floor action. JIMMY RUFFIN - THE ENTERTAINER (HAYLEY) My mate Rob Moss has a knack of finding these little previously un-released gems, here's Jimmy's version of the Tony Clarke classic. A little more pace of this version, with that early 70's production just making it different enough to appeal. J J BARNES - I THINK I GOT A GOOD CHANCE (HAYLEY) If you want to hear this song in it's entirety then here it is, on the US release it's over 2 sides as part 1 & 2, super vocal performace from J J on this 70's classic crossover 45. SONS OF ROBIN STONE - I'M READY TO GIVE UP MY LOVE (GONIFF) Yet another previously un-issue track, question why, this is just as good as their released dancers, and you get this with a nice picture cover. JUST BROTHERS - CARLENA b/w HONEY (HAYLEY) I do believe this Hayley 45 is no longer available, in other words sold out, so I can't get anymore of this classic and if you don't know "HONEY" then you should do, previously unissued this dancer is top class northern soul and needs playing out. Don't be saying in the future why didn't I buy that when it was available, get it now. ALMETA LATTIMORE - THESE MEMORIES (HAYLEY) Yet another quality soul 45 from HAYLEY, this label will become highly sought after in years to come with the quality of releases that have slipped out almost un-noticed. ARCHIE BELL - A THOUSAND WONDERS b/w HERE I GO AGAIN (ATLANTIC) Re-issued in demo format only a few years back, this is the only way to own a UK 45 release of "A THOUSAND WONDERS" again a future collectors item.
