Puts a 'smile on' like nothing that can be taken orally, inhaled, or injected! Neither are my all time 'fave' modern soul tunes... but certainly, they make me feel high! This record got hammered to death in the 8t's along with Flowers etc. It drove me up the wall hearing these records time after time so I got rid of mine. I don't regret it one bit although I did have an alcohol induced dance to it at Herminio and Alfredo's excellent do in Oviedo. I never get bored of Target though. Interesting. Also, Ashford & Simpson, when visiting the UK, proved unaware of some of the `hit versions´ other artists have done of their songs. That´s what is says in all reference books and album liner notes, but Randy Brown himself, when visiting the UK, said that he never was a member of that group!
