Wilxy Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 Very sad news, used to travel up most Saturdays on the coach with Yogi and the Blackwood crew to the Casino back in the 70's, saw him a few times at the 100 club, and at Crickhowell more recently, can't believe it....... RIP buddy....

Edwin S Wales Posted September 2, 2007 Posted September 2, 2007 Yogi's funeral will be held this Friday at Woodfieldside funeral home [situated about 1/2 a mile from Blackwood,Gwent] at 9 a.m. and then on to Cwmbran crematorium at Croesyceiliog nr. Cwmbran at 10 a.m. I'm told the plan is to have a get together at The Masons Arms in Blackwood after the funeral to give Yog a good send off.

Remember many a happy night & day with Yogi & the other Blackwood boys - Wigan, St Ives, Yate, 100 Club etc. Rest in Peace with all our other friends already there. Alan
