Begining of the End?

Long time members may remember over the years said the odd time that will get the site finished in time for the 10 year point no matter what

As always classed aug 97 as a rough sort of start date when site first went up, been pushing recently to get to this mythical state of 100% just so can say thats it, the site is finally finished

I'd be lost without Soul Source, it is my home page on any computer I work on. Absolutely essential, brilliant source of information, etc. You know if you've got a soul related question you are sure to get it answered on here. Also good way to keep in touch with friends. Plus of course the Events calendar, the sounds, etc.

Yes, thanks for all the hard work you all put in to it. I have been re-united with lots of old friends through the site. And I have to come clean (very silly this) at first when I saw that "the mods " would sort out any abusive posts, I thought you were referring to MODS! I imagined all these well dressed people making decisions! I thought maybe the Mods were ruling the roost there.But thats okay, I did work it out after a few days!

Its been said so many times before...Long live soul-source...Met so many great folk through this site and its the first place many come(not in your pants) when they switched on the pc,some never switch off ...Nice one Mike,it makes the day a better place to be when we can tune in for a little while..

When i try to describe the Northen Soul scene to civilians, i always say that it is perfect Rock n Roll. No celebrity, no money men, no faceless suits behind the scenes pullng the strings, just "the Kids doing it for the Kids".

What you have accieved with this site Mike is pure and perfect, congratulations.

Upon reading topic title, I almost kacked myself. I wished I'd joined soul-source years before I did, thanks to Mike and his site I've met quite a few people that I can share a drink and a chat with now at events. Mind you in some cases that isn't always a good thing.

Anyway thanks for the site Mike, and lets not forget all those moderators that assist in the forum as well.

as a computer illiterate, i never even considered that the site wasnt finished!! i cant work it all out now,never mind you adding things on, however what i am able to use is great,4 meeting new friends catching up with old ones enjoying and learning more about this diverse scene, even argueing with strangers,who become freinds, great stuff! well done!!!!!1
