Marc Forrest
Hamilton Movemnent - She's Gone - Look Out - £1936 Amazing, isn`t it...about 400 UKP+ more than it was recently on soul source. And I thought every collecting Soulie would be a member of Soul Source already. Apparently not. Link to comment Social source share

Its the way the auction is run that gives these inflated figures, nothing wrong with that i supose IMO.you only need 2 punters desperate for it and up it goes and goes Link to comment Social source share

Regards, Dave www.theresthatbeat.com www.hitsvillesoulclub.com Sorry Dave have to disagree! Yes it IS a tough one on WD but the issue are easy to pick up for around the £10-£15 mark, so why pay 9x more just to have it on WD. Nice collectors piece but never really going to be that much money. Personally I'd rather have an issue and £75 in my pocket! I know there are collectors of WDs but at that price premium surely it's just not worth it?? Adam. Link to comment Social source share
Marc Forrest
I suppose it could be down to when you have the money available too. Exactly my thoughts the moment I had writen my first statement. But still...nearly 2000 UKP for a VG+ copy. I stopped looking after it had crossed 1100 UKP. Guest Dan
the cashmeres never ceases to amaze me. great record, yes, but it's a relatively common record which consistently goes for a grand or more. i mean, a thousand quid is a lot of wedge for most people, even now. though as i always say, only worth what someone will pay, i spose Link to comment Social source share

Good job you can't see my record boxes - you'd have a fit! regards, Dave www.theresthatb eat.com www.hitsvillesoulclub.com Hi Dave, I do (sort of) understand the WD collecting, given the choice I'd rather have a WD (as long as it's double sided!) but I just think that there is a limit to what premium people are willing to pay to have one especially in this sort of situation where the issue is so readily available and cheap. As another example, I traded JM that Fantastic Four Ric Tic WD that he auctioned a few months ago. Think that sold for around £80 which some consider as very cheap as the WD of that particular Ric Tic is dog rare but the issue is easily available for a couple of quid so the demand is lower for the WD simply because only WD collectors (or in that case Ric Tic nuts) are going to be interested. Guest
Which Fantastic Four Adam??? not Live Up Too What She Thinks???? Regards - Mark Bicknell. Memory is failing me Mark, even though it really wasn't that long ago! 90% sure it was Ain't Love Wonderful or possiblyYou Gave Me Something, very common record but very hard as a WD. John gave me some decent trades for it and he put it on his auctions, fetched around £75 - £90. Adam. Link to comment Social source share
Dave Moore
Which Fantastic Four Adam??? not Live Up Too What She Thinks???? Regards - Mark Bicknell. Mark, It was: RT 122 - Ain't Love Wondeful b/w The Whole World's A Stage One of the less rarely seen Ric Tic W/Demos. Probably the only people aware of it's scarcity were Ric Tic collectors: https://www.hitsvillesoulclub.com/Forums/Forum25-1.aspx Regards, Dave www.theresthatbeat.com www.hitsvillesoulclub.com Link to comment Social source share

Had it in with all my other Ric Tics and to be honest had no real idea how rare it was until I found that thread about RT demos when I was browsing your website forum. Adam.
