Hey Joyce, who'd have thought it was getting interest now.

I guess with Fryer being so on the ball it must be those funky types pushing the price up.

"Hey Joyce" has been in-demand by (primarily) funk and hiphop people ever since DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist included it in their "Brainfreeze" mix from 1999. More info here:
