Tomangoes Posted July 12, 2007 Author Posted July 12, 2007 The woman at work who thinks everyone in the office always wants to hear her conversation Is she singing?
Guest in town Mikey Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 (edited) Is she singing? On a normal day I'd say she had a quaint Welsh lilt that is almost operatic. But I've just had 2 days in London unable to do what I went there for because nobody knew the password I needed, so... NO! She sounds like a wailing banshee and I'd like to stick her on a ruddeless ship and cast her adrift just off of Bermuda!! I mean do we all want to know how much rhubarb she had in her garden last year?? Edited July 12, 2007 by in town Mikey

Guest in town Mikey Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 Back on topis -ish On a day like today I will go home and rather than switch on Countdown and lust after the delightful Susie Dent, I will whack on a CD and wear out the soles of my socks. Something like the Toys- I've got my heart set on you, should do. Kill me or cure me.

I played it at my mate Andy Hoople Birthday party last week in Brighton, Duggie was enjoying it and you dont get much more 'out' than that.

Guest Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 Cant reply directly to your post Mak. I suppose I kind of support Barnsley, I used to have a season ticket with them, but I dont talk about them from the moment I get to work to the moment I leave, unlike the guys I work with. Cant have a conversation with them about anything else, as football is their life!
