Dylan Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 "Hometown boy / too much" visually this is vg- or there abouts. Lots of surface marks and small sticker on label. "too much" has been skimmed so plays through with no background noise but has lost some of its depth of sound. "hometown boy" plays great, nice and loud and has not been skimmed. so hb would make a great DJ side and I have played too much in a venue myself and it didn't suffer too badly. M- i'd be asking 350 / 400 UK but for this i'd want 150UK the phrase "suitable for DJ'ing" springs to mind and hometown boy still has a lot of life in it.

arnie j Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 what does it mean when a record has been skimmed ? and how do they do it ?
Souljazera Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 a little bit like gambling and the mafia and the record game you just skim a little bit from the top of the pile or underneath the pile?
