Soul Train

Can anyone shed any light on the tv show Soul train?. There must be hours of classic footage that just isn`t available to view either on Youtube or being released on DVD.

Blimey Garv I've been intending to post a thread about this for months and never actually got round to it.

I seem to recall a few years ago I investigated buying some videos of old "Soul Train" shows. After using Google's search engine the only place that I came across which sold them was directly from the website of Don Cornelius, the man who kicked off the whole soul train legacy. But I never bought any as I couldnt be certain that I was buying videos that could be viewed on UK/European video machines. I tried contacting them about this but got no reply.

This official site gives great background historical information on the shows www.soultrain.com but sadly it appears there's no where legit to buy them from.

There is a whole bunch of great stuff on youtube, actually i spent tjhe best part of an afternoon the other week just going from one clip to another...had a wonderful time! My fave is the soul train dancers dancing to Kung fu fighting...priceless!

If you use E-donkey or Torrents, there loads of em, i've got tons from there. All great quality as well.
