Baby Washington had at least one release on the short-lived RCA subsidary Sixth Avenue in 1976 as JEANETTE BABY WASHINGTON! "Cup Runneth Over" (same song as Ronnie Dyson on Columbia)

DeDe Warwick 'Funny how we change places' same as DeDe Schwartz on RCA also came out on Musicor as Debra Anderson

That's right. Very peculiar, as she briefly adopted the name because schwartz means "black" in German! (See interview B&S 1976) However as far as I'm aware, the Debra Anderson version on Musicor is a totally different recording and artist.
