Ernie Andrews Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 Just bought a copy of "IN School" by James kelly Duhon on Jude records 1974- Anyone know anything about it? Cheers Steve
Jaco Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 Jude is a Texan label, and the track also got a release on Mainstream, a New York label. 1

Jaco Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 Is the mainstream track the same as the Jude copy? Can't help you there, mate but both issues have the same flip - "Heart breaker (child maker)". As far as I can see this track is the only James Kelly Duhon outing for Mainstream but there are two other singles on Jude.

Val (Chunky) Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 (edited) great record..........I also have 'Pusher Man' by him on Jude Edited June 19, 2007 by Chunky
Chalky Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 great record..........I also have 'Pusher Man' by him on Jude I've seen it credited differently to James Kelly Duhon as well, can't quite remember how off the top of my head, could have been plain James Duhon
Jumpinjoan Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 Have had this on both labels... the Jude release is far, far louder than the Mainstream one for some reason. Great tune
