Warwick Label Info?

Can anyone tell me the significance of these 2 different label designs for same record on the Warwick label, both 'bell sound' stamped.

No real help, but this was the label design for the Distants 546 release.

I've had a few 45s with that design, but this is the first time I've seen the lower design on my piccy at top of page.
