hi all, looking for some info regards a 45 recently purchased which i believe is a bootleg oops

the 45 is;

CARL HENDERSON - SEE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE - RENFRO 843

the flip is - i have been loving you too long - renfro 844

the thing that bugs me is that on the a side there is a monarch number triangle 71871

and on the flip triangle 73191 which denotes a 60s issued 45.

any help on this?

hi roger, thanks for that, yes mine is on vinyl with a pressed in circle in deadwax, the label design is

different from yours shown, its a plain pinkish/red label with the renfro logo across the top, which got me

thinking it was a boot? but the monarch numbers denotes a 60s press.

Hi Russ

No Problem, however, I have been trying to remember when they re-issued A Case Of Love,

I seem to remember them using the original Master and plates for the Vocal Side.

Highly unusual for a Monarch, I don't think any others were.

I have it somewhere i'll have a look.
