Doubt it will be worth any more than a normal straight issue (around £5). MW 3002, the first issue, is rarer and sells for around £10.
Gene-r Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Ever see the demos of this, they were one sided! Were they plain-labelled as well Pete? Or am I thinking of something totally different?

We had promo copy with a letter from EMI stating they had trouble with the labels and the promo were plain white label with the letter insert. This went for £117 on auction, so do NOT dismiss # 3002 it is a damn tough 45 to find. and the sort of 45 you may find in a sales box at a low price..#3024 is of course super-common, but #3024 DJ's fetch £40-ish.

Pete S Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Pete, that's # 3024, yes? Thought it was the first release but if you say not I believe you. Sure it was something to do with the energy crisis at the time!

Glad you said that John..............just got a 3002 with no centre! Was going to let it go quie cheaply, but guess I'll reconsider now! EX condition, no centre, someone drew a small "A" on the B-side label - offers, anyone? Edited May 31, 2007 by Gene-R
