Guest mel brat Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 Does it play something that sounds like Isaac Hayes??
Codfromderby Posted May 26, 2007 Author Posted May 26, 2007 Does it play something that sounds like Isaac Hayes?? my first thought was the millie jackson/harold melvin thing, however that is a different thing alltogether, i,m sure there was some "double groove" 45,s with 2 records somehow cut on to one side, ps i used to have an emidisc of sister lee cut at a much slower speed, could this be the much talked about barry white version, or is barry white actually issac hayes

Very confusing.

Intrigued as to why he played it at 33 ..... I have been know to speed ( steady ..... ) slow tracks up , in order to hear the outcome , but playing them slower beats me .... Must have a go with " I'm Learning To Trust My Man " and " You Don't Know Where Your Interest Lies " later this morning ..... Malc Burton Edited May 27, 2007 by Malc Burton
Dave Pinch Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 dont think double grooving was done in 1972. late 70s maybe. I know Ms pop muzik was done as a limited edition in this format and ive got luther`s never too much as a double groove 10inch single but it annoys me as you got a 50% of playing the wrong track dave
