Guest Juddy Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 Been modestly obsessed with this song since I heard it on someones online show a while back, and just picked up a bootleg/reissue/something today. ("Jukebox" records, the flip is a doo-wop by the Bob Knight Four...) Everything I find when searching for info is about the UK Sue release - is that just the collector's choice, or was it not released as a 45 in the U.S.? cheers! - juddy
Mace Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 Hi Juddy, it was released on U.S. and Canadian Sue 45s Regards Mace
Prophonics 2029 Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 And as an LP track, most of the tracks on the LP are great.
Guest Juddy Posted May 5, 2007 Posted May 5, 2007 Excellent - thanks. Best news is, I recognize that LP from the shop near my house! Unless I've been scooped, I'll have it this afternoon. Good lord, I've been spending money like water these past few days ... but so much good stuff has turned up. Whattya supposed to do? Is that U.S. Sue release of "Keep An Eye" rare/pricey? cheers, all, juddy
Guest Posted May 5, 2007 Posted May 5, 2007 I paid about 30 UKP for my US copy, but i dont think that reflects how rare it is IMO. I dont see them very often on lists or on e bay. I noticed the UK copy on J Manships auction the other week, I seem to remember that went for 3 figures.
