Is this record by any chance the same label as, or related to, the later boogie/disco label Prelude, or a completely unconnected affair ?

unfortunately no. It's not on the PC. It's on a tape somewhere but not had time to look.

No the disco one you are referring to is a Patrick Adams/Peter Brown label. This one is a lot earlier. Same label as Mac Staton and the Nomads.
