funkyfeet Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 Telephone 01745 334811 10am-5pm or E-mail funky.feet@btconnect.com or pm us. P&P is £1.60 (UK Recorded Delivery) Please ask if outside the Uk. All records are in Ex or better Condition, unless stated: Sold on a first come basis. DUKE HUNTER - NOSE TROUBLE (CRACKERJACK) BB Hole - take no notice of the title this is a catchy sing along R&B dancer, BAR TENDER side also awsome, typical Hide-Away tune, or hasn't it been spun there yet. £30 SYLVESTER BOYD - I DON'T WANT NOBODY (KING) Don't let anybody tell you that Roger Banks only plays 60's R&B, this 70's King release has had recent spins by young Mr Banks. £30 BUDDY & STACEY - ANGEL (TWIRL) Really had forgotten how good this sounds for todays scene. Ideal spin for the DDA room at Lowton, see you there tomorrow. £40 KENNY BALLARD - MR MAGIC (KAPP) Demo with Distribution stamp On label. Big City Soul of the highest order, sought after by the popcorn crowd in Europe. £30 JOE BECK - LITTLE GIRLTAKE YOUR TIME (CHARLES) Another early gritty track for those hide Away boys, think this has been forgotten. £20 LAMP SISTERS - RIDE ON (DUKE) One of there forgotten tracks, we thinks this has got to be one of their best - ride on ride on to the dance floor. PS, forgot the other side is just as good. £20 FRANKIE & THE CLASSICALS - WHAT SHALL I DO (CALLA) Slight mark from previous sticker. What shall I say about this all time classic, still a floor filler and some.!! £25 BOBBY GARRETT - I CAN'T GET AWAY (MIRWOOD) Another all time chicken favourite for you to dance around the TV. £50 4 J's - LOVE MY LOVE (CONGRESS) This is again a forgotten item, monster floorfiller in it's day, time for a re-activation. Just oozes with 1970's niter memories. £20 LOU RAWLS - WHEN LOVE GOES WRONG (CAPITOL) For us at Funky Feet this man can do absolutely no wrong, this 60's track could well take the place of "see you when I git there" when the dance floor gets fed up with it. The flip side "Show Business" is another mid tempo Big City soul grower. £20 a snip THE NEW PEOPLE - I'M LOSING YOU (ALL STAR) Yet another lost Casino sound, 60's sweet soul group dancer, just like Pete's aunt Flowey. £15 bargin LARRY HOUSTON - LET'S SPEND SOME TIME TOGETHER (HFMP) Monster 70's Anthem, and we have this copy on the 2nd plain label issue which in our opinion is the best mix and the best way to own this 45. £20
