I've finally got one of those DVD thingys. While getting ready for work this morning I bunged on a CD, and set it to play tracks at random.

First one it chose was

The Inspirations - Touch me, hold me, kiss me.

Had me bouncing with joy. What a fantastic, uplifting record to start the day with. I dont remember the last time I heard it (I hardly ever play my few cds), but it must have been a while, and even longer actually heard it out.

And those backing vocals ooh ooh, oohooh, we ooh ooh, we ooh!!

didnt this get a showing on emmerdale a few years ago i think eric pollard held up a supposed uk issue and said it was avery rare record but it was the wrong label i think

That was supposed to be The Shalimars.

Held up was actually SHALIMAR on UK RCA.
