Amber Sound FM launches today at 12 noon in Ripley Derbyshire and live streaming on the net.

As well as presenting a Saturday club classics show I'll be presenting a soul show every tuesday night for the next four weeks from 9-midnight.

The shows will feature all aspects ofthe northern scene from R&B and Oldies to Modern and Philly. I have some guests coming on the show also to talk about the scene and am working on an interview with motown's Frances Nero for sometime in the month.

During the programme for mentions or plugs for soul nights you can drop an email to studio@ambersoundfm.com making sure you head the email 'soul show info'

If you live reasonably close to Ripley in Derbyshire then you will be able to tune in directly on 87.9 FM (try it now) if you arent then you can still listen to the live internet stream at www.ambersoundfm.com.

Hope some of you will join me for some interesting sounds.
