Jason S Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Thanks in advance.. L Not got a 'clean' clip of it prepared but I played that as part of one of our freebie Cds for the club - stuck the first 3 CDs up as an MP3 - first track in on the December cd - there's yapping over it but you get the track nonetheless. Cracking tune. https://www.northeastsoul.co.uk/sounds.html
Guest Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 speaking of this cracking tune.. I recently purchased what is probably 4 Generation pressings from the Master Tapes. I got them from California and (on a hope and a trustful prayer) that they came directly from Elisha Cole's son?! Any thoughts on this? thanks.. ps.. Jason's mix is slammin! Jason - is the new fanzine out yet and available for mailing?

He gave me a copy back then and we agreed, great tune, sh*te pressing. Thank god Cole re-did them. I'd try and get a refund if I were you mate. The one's he's selling ebay seem fine, unless the dodgy ones got mixed in.

I already have the record and I've dropped it a couple of times. actually, the only difference is the original (if I am correct) ran a while label, while these latest pressings have a blue label. ? crazy. 20 American. not bad and it's such a smashing tune on the loud system. I dropped it last night. Oddly enough, alot of Hip Hops heads really get into the uptempo stuff here.. makes for a nice bridge amongst the culture. cheers.
