C/u Names From Spam E-mails

Do you remember the old thread about taking fake artist names to cover records, from the senders of spam e-mails found in our mailboxes...?

Well, guess who wants to sell me some Viagra, Cialis, etc. this morning...?

Yeah I started that because at the time the names were fantastic - things like Pedro Spearhead - I just checked in the spam folder and the names have really gone boring:

edward george

tara fischer

oh heres one good one

earnestine tripp

and so on..

SPAM OFTEN THROWS UP A CLASSIC SUBJECT TITLE NOW AND THEN, BIZARRE NAMES THAT IF AN ARTIST HAD SENT A DEMO TO JOHN PEEL WITH SUCH A NAME, HE'D HAVE GIVEN THEM A SESSION REGARDLESS OF THEIR MUSICAL ABILITY.

IN RECENT WEEKS I RECEIVED THESE TWO GEMS, AND HAVE SCRIPTED THEM IN TO JOHNS PROGRAMMING ACCORDINGLY :

"IN TONIGHTS SHOW I'LL BE PLAYING TRACKS FROM THE NEW NIRVANA AND FALL LP'S,

AND TONIGHTS SESSIONS, COME FROM THE EXCELLENT :

CARDBOARD ANTIPATHY, AND TWIN NUTSHELL DISPOSAL."
