Willie Kendrick has to be £300.00 for a demo, more for the stock/issue, Metros demo recently seen for £150.00 and more, Lorraine Chandler's around £100.00 plus, Nancy Wilcox demo around £70.00, Michael and Raymond seen that for over a ton recently, Mikki Farrow and Tony Hestor must book at £200.00 to £300.00 each, Hestitations, Metros and Freddy Butler Lp's around £80.00 to £100.00 each, Sharron Scott RCA 45 well worth £100.00 these days....as ever i bet i'm way out on these valuations...lol, slighty off the topic but this coming Sunday's show is dedicated to the Pied Piper production set up basically inspired by Eddie Hubbard's superb piece in the current issue of 'There's That Beat' magazine Issue 3 - pretty much all of the mentioned records feature and much more, also some of the superb unissued material Ady Croasdell turned up a few years ago, all in all a fantastic show is promised www.solarradio.com

Mikki Farrow - 200?

I'll take a dozen.

I reckon Mark's not far off the mark with his pricing with the others, but Mikki Farrow has proved extremely scarce over the years. I'd rate it at least 500 of your Eeeenglish squidleys nowadays. I think one on Ebay last (The only one I've seen on there), went for well over $1000.00. I know that 's not really the definitive yardstick but I'd pay more than 200 in today's climate.

If Mike and Ray (not using their Sunday names) "If only you knew" (Giant) is from the Pied Piper stable, that'd be another big ticket number. I don't have a copy lying around the desk to check the credits.

It is a Pied Piper Production (G-706) and the only copy I've ever seen was Tony Colebys - It's shit rare that's for sure but definately not the best Pied piper outing by a long way.

Thanx guys,I'd got a rough idea through John Manship's guide but being a lazy so & so, on times wanted a "second opinion" Eddie Hubbards article in There's That Beat is superb, and being personally a primarily Detroit collector, just got a hankering for several of the pieces, I don't own, I guess however patience is a virtue unless my numbers come up tonight Will tune in on Sunday to the show Mark albeit I will be at work, but nevertheless looking forward to it. cheers for the response wilxy

Pleased that you found some.

As I mentioned once before, some of the Giant Copies sold by Soul Bowl in the 70's

actually came from Lorraine Chandlers Garage according to the List.

If I can find the List, It I will post it up.

Giant is the local label 1st release, you should be chuffed you got it on Giant rather than RCA
