A 1973 release (?) with two really good sides - Just A Little tear / I Can't Break Away - Probe PROJ 3007. In the run off it says "promotional copy only". Anyone know what country this is from, was it actually out as a single, and finally, known??

yeah it's a weird one alright, it actually has the feel of an American record but probably isn't
