The different hand writing and pen types for ‘Final Mix’ against the other writing doesn’t look right.  Looks like a photoshopped acetate label with text removed and then ‘Otis’ credits added by hand later with a felt tip pen.

i've always believed Mirasound was at 57th St , 2nd floor Henry Hudson Hotel, so i also think the adress 'on the acetate' is wonky!

Comparing the condition of the label to the condition of the vinyl should be enough to tell you it's a wrong'un.

No way that's a 60's "acetate" but a modern carver in 'fancy dress'.

Don’t think I’ve seen a mirasound acetate that colour, usually blue?  As said the felt tip writing isn’t right.
