Magnificent Men - Maybe, Maybe, Baby/I Got News (Capitol) Ex £40

Blue eyed (garage) soul legends with IMHO their very best 45 and a killer twofer at that! Not sure what side I prefer but for the sake of this listing let’s go with the incredible beat ballad ‘Maybe, Maybe, Baby’. Flip it for an underplayed gem of a dancer that will appeal to garage soul and northern collectors. Why isn’t this on any playlists? It’s f’ing superb! Tough and I think the most expensive of their output but this type of quality for £40 seems like madness.

Steam - I’m The One Who Loves You (Mercury) Mint- £10 ***HEAR IT***

Last couple of copies from a batch of store stock I managed to get, get it now while it’s still cheaper than a fish and chip supper! Pretty sure this one will be new to most, killer, blue eyed, semi-known (at best), ballad that has northern and lowrider potential. I’ve managed to secure a small quantity of store stock having heard this over the phone, already sold four or five privately to those in the know. Am offering these for £10 plus post, can see this one being a £40/£50 once copies dry up and word gets out. Remember the likes of The Mauds, The Riddles and even Gene Yarbrough were relatively cheap and plentiful until they were exposed, if you missed out on those then don’t miss out on this! It’s a small quantity only so once they’re gone, they’re gone
