3   Detroit And The Intruders – There She Goes – Dellwood Ex- £175 light surface marks, label wear & w.o.l. but plays superbly hence bargain price for this big voiced lead mid-tempo group harmony mover that’s always been tough to find, books at £400

4   The Drifters – Drip Drop – Atlantic 45-1187 WDJ Ex+ £75 vinyl demo with very feint surface marks only & plays as M-, great early Lieber & Stoller number, popular doo-wop meets R & B group dancer, a hard label number

5   Birdie Green – How Come b/w Tremblin’ – End WDJ M- £80 store stamp on label only, a mint vinyl demo of this superb double sider, Side A same as Tony Williams but a raw voiced mid-tempo version & great flip

6   Anna King – Mama’s Got A Brand New Bag Of Her Own – End E1126 M- £100 mint copy, no cue burn or hiss, great drivin’ mid-tempo raw R & B dancer, at her early best     -     SOLD  

7   Major Lance – Investigate b/w Little Young Lover – Okeh 4-7250 WDJ M- £75 matrix stamped demo of this old Torch classic that’s stood the test of time & superb mid-tempo flip, a nice clean copy

8   Sam Moultrie – I’ll Always Love You – Warren WAA108 Ex £150 slight label aging & feint surface wear only but plays great hence price, great mid-tempo classic & old Cleethorpes floor filler

9   Robin Rice – I’ve Had It b/w Wanted – Crackerjack 4016 WDJ Ex £125 vinyl demo with a feint scuff & surface marks but plays great, superb double sider, great girlie raw voiced mid-tempo version of George Smith on Turntable & flip the same as Larose Phillips on Gold Disc but a sparse raw mid-pace version

10 Larry Trider – Carbon Copy – Coral 62391 Demo M- £250 lovely mint demo of this upbeat popcorn / big city soul catchy dancer that rose to the fore in the early 90’s on the Mod, R & B & Northern scene & still a tough one on the label
