2   Dee Clark – That’s My Girl – Constellation C113 Ex+ £125 the feintest of surface marks only just keeps this off M- & plays as such, great early uplifting dancer from this much under rated artist yet a marmite record for some!

3   Ellie Greenwich – Baby b/w You Don’t Know – Red Bird RB10-034 WDJ £400 light label wear only stops this being a M- & vinyl superb for a styrene copy, no cue burn or hiss on intro, a fabulous girlie mid-tempo big city soul dancer from this talented singer songwriter, rose to the fore in the early 90’s & a big Hyde, Droylesden & Wilton spin for your truly, seldom listed these days, now an auction item on some lists

4   Roger Hatcher – Sweetest Girl In The World – Excello 2297 Ex+ £300 the feintest of surface marks only looks M- & plays as such, uplifting mid-tempo Detroit perfection that’s always been tough to find

5   Mack Rice – Baby I’m Coming Home b/w My Baby – Lupine 119 M- £200 what a talent & at his early best, great raw drivin’ upbeat Detroit R & B dancer & a fabulous overlooked mid-tempo flip, a lovely mint copy seen listed at $300+ & not in this condition     -     SOLD 

6   Dorothy Williams – The Wells Gone Dry – Goldwax 115 Ex+ £200 a near mint copy with the feintest of surface marks only & plays superbly, raw voiced drivin’ mid-tempo R & B dancer that’s hard to find & still so popular
